Course Description

Essential elements of the United States Constitution as it was originally formulated and its meaning as it has developed through amendment and judicial interpretation. Material presented, plus completion of out-of-class assignments, should prepare the student to pass the examination of the United States Constitution required for a teaching credential in the State of California. The examination is offered at the last class meeting.
