Course Description

Provides an in-depth investigation of employee training and development as a tool to achieve critical organizational tactical and strategic plans. The focus will be on the:

  • design of training programs
  • simultaneous measurement of training results

You will be introduced to modern learning theories and resources, and will learn how to design, plan, and organize training programs for employees. Also covered will be how to measure the effectiveness of training programs through measurement and evaluation.
