Course Description

Assessment tools and procedures frequently used in educational therapy are introduced. The analysis of observations, results and methods for integrating these findings in developing therapeutic teaching strategies are emphasized. Course includes a required field experience involving the administration of specific assessment instruments and reporting the results for developing intervention plans. Students are required to have access to assessment instruments and models of interpretive report formats.
