Once you submit the Completion Verification Application, we will initiate a review of your transcript and program requirements*. You can check the status of your application by logging into your Student Portal and clicking on "My Applications". After the review is complete, you will receive an email from Parchment, a third-party vendor that distributes Extension's digital and hard copy certificate awards. You will have three days to review your certificate and verify your mailing address. If you do not make any updates to the mailing address, your printed certificate will be sent to the address on file. A digital copy of your certificate will be available immediately. Once you receive the email from Parchment and confirm your address, you will be mailed a copy of your printed certificate within 3-4 weeks.
