Course Description

As workplaces become increasingly global, intercultural communication skills are essential for building strong, inclusive, and effective teams. This course equips students with practical tools to enhance cultural awareness and successfully navigate U.S. workplace environments. Through theory, real-world case studies, interactive assignments, and role-plays, students will learn to adapt communication styles, manage cultural misunderstandings, and develop personalized strategies for cultural competence. The course also encourages self-reflection and leverages personal strengths to support continuous growth in intercultural settings.
