Course Description

This course empowers non-project leaders to harness artificial intelligence as a practical leadership accelerator. Participants learn how to use AI to strengthen decision-making, elevate team performance, improve communication clarity, streamline routine work, and foster a culture of innovation. Through hands-on exploration of accessible AI tools, strategic frameworks (including Blue Ocean Strategy, Business Model Canvas, and Value-Based Mapping), and real workplace scenarios, learners design smarter workflows, identify opportunities for differentiation, and ethically integrate AI into daily leadership practices. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to lead with greater confidence, strategic insight, and operational efficiency in an AI-enabled workplace. The purpose of this course is to bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and everyday leadership practice for professionals who do not hold formal project management roles but are responsible for guiding people, processes, or performance outcomes.
