Course Description

Provides an overview of key areas in human resources management. Materials include learning modules built on one singular SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge designed to elevate the HR professional to national and international standards. As defined by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Learning System, you will discuss and explore four modules:

  • Organization
  • People
  • Workplace

This course is intended for managers and staff with experience in general management or human resources management, including professionals wishing to take the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exams, and those seeking career change and professional development.
