Course Description

This course is designed to prepare students for professional careers by combining real-world micro–consultancy projects with professional portfolio development. Students will manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure using strategies that integrate both natural intelligence and artificial intelligence tools. Through this hands–on process, students will generate high-value project deliverables for their portfolios while simultaneously sharpening critical skills in professional presentation, communication, and virtual project execution. The learning model emphasizes reflective practice and direct industry collaboration, allowing participants to interact with company representatives and demonstrate mastery in micro-consultancy.

Learner Outcomes

  • Analyze a client’s need to define a clear project scope, key deliverables, and design a Project Charter using natural intelligence as well as artificial intelligence.
  • Curate a professional portfolio displaying consulting engagements, strategic thinking, that effectively integrates Project Management documentation and creates a cohesive professional narrative incorporating artificial intelligence as a tool.
  • Execute Project Management concepts by focusing on milestone setting, IDIC model, project deliverables, as well as stakeholder communication and navigate feedback loops.
  • Apply micro-consultancy frameworks to real-world business challenges in industries and find solutions incorporating the use of artificial intelligence.
  • Evaluate and justify the project success and contributions using data, project life cycle rooted in strategic insight and holistic portfolio development, and involving the customer/client in all stages of PLC.
