Course Description

"Intrapreneurship" consists of instilling an entrepreneurial spirit within the employees of an existing organization in order to encourage innovation and business growth.  In this course, you will learn to understand how intrapreneurship functions within an organization. Relational skills are important to the success of any intrapreneurial endeavor, and will be understood from the perspective of a leader’s need to:

  • leverage opportunities within the company
  • explore innovative approaches
  • mobilize resources
  • manage risk
  • sustain the enterprise

Understanding the need for innovation and imagination to sustain a company are essential for continued growth
