An examination of the most interesting science topics from today’s news, many with the potential to influence daily decision making: Where to live? What to eat? What car to buy? How to invest for the future? Also covered in the context of everyday life are weather forecasting; climate variability and adaptation; energy production, storage and usage; fresh water availability; food production; land use; and the internet-economy. Learn the current status of these and other science areas, and how new scientific knowledge may influence all of our lives. Planned topics may be modified or substituted based on current events and group interest.
