Course Description

Dive deeper into product/market fit exploration, continuing with the interviewing you began in Startups for Innovators Part I. Additional topics addressed in this course that will help determine the viability of the business include competitive analysis, sales, and go-to-market. You will:

  • learn to how to calculate value for a business
  • better understand issues related to funding, making deals, and negotiations
  • learn the process of customer discovery to ensure product/market fit

You will also experience the entrepreneurial mindset through exposure to entrepreneurs and business professionals in order to gain more information, and develop a network of connections.
