Course DescriptionEngage in a highly interactive experience as we look at “soul” in our maturing years. While many people have written about soul, soulfulness, and living a soulful existence, there is not real clarity about what this means, how it looks, and how we might intentionally apply this notion to our lives. We will explore and discover what contemplative experts say about “soul” and “soulfulness” as applied in our daily lives. We will dig deeply into what this means for each of us, and assess how we are living in soulful relationship, what it looks and feels like, and what meaning this brings to our lives in a variety of circumstances.
The partnered facilitators will share their personal experience in creating an intimate soulful partnership in their golden years. Through film, poetry, theater, and readings, you will share and enrich each other, building a collective awareness of what soulfulness looks like in relationships, friendships, and community.
