CS 862.1 - Data Science for Leaders

Course Description

An overview of data science principles, tools, and use cases so leaders understand the value that this skill set adds to their careers and teams. Teaches leaders and executives:

how to identify opportunities to make better decisions by utilizing new insights from data
which techniques and approaches should be used for various data science projects
ways to avoid pitfalls when drawing conclusions from data

You will also create strategies for building a data science team, and strengthening decision making across the organization.
