CS 810.C - Business Analytics Fundamentals

Course Description

Designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of business and data analytics. It aims to develop your understanding of analytics in the context of a business, and to provide a framework for you to apply topics, such as:

• framing a business problem
• stakeholder analysis
• data wrangling using Google Sheets
• data visualizations
• descriptive statistics
• exploratory data analysis
• data storytelling in business

After this course, you will be able to clean, visualize, analyze, and communicate data insights to stakeholders. The course culminates with a hands-on final project in which you will perform an end-to-end exploratory data analysis (EDA), using real industry data.
