Course Description

This course covers basic concepts and research results from marketing and the social sciences. They are examined with the goal of enabling marketers to better understand customers and meet their needs. Students will explore practical Market Research concepts and apply them in a project setting.

  • Identify and conduct the 6 steps of marketing research.
  • Apply audience segmentation practices to marketing strategy.
  • Conduct market research and develop marketing communications.
  • Conduct Primary as well as Secondary Market Research.
  • Utilize Google tools that will help to facilitate the research objectives.
