This course provides a holistic approach to quality with a focus on organizational and operational excellence. Participants will learn to identify the business aspects required when building quality systems into their organizational functions to ensure quality excellence throughout the organization. Primary business objectives must be based upon and facilitate the necessary perspective, which includes choosing the correct quality methodologies, tools, and techniques, to ascertain opportunities for organizational improvement. We will analyze how using this approach creates a positive impact on your organization in areas such as leadership, customer/supplier relations, strategic planning, and process improvement. Students will learn how to make decisions based on data-driven facts versus opinions.
