Learn the basics of developing and writing organizational policies and task-based procedures. Various types of policy and procedure documentation are covered, as are:

  • research techniques
  • appropriate presentation methods
  • legal issues

The emphasis is on the systematic gathering of information and presenting clear and concise policies and procedures. Among the projects in this category are company handbooks, human resource policies, payroll procedures, and quality improvement documentation (including ISO 9000).
